In today’s context (data dematerialization, cybersecurity), AVENIR FOCUS, which handles a large volume of sensitive personal data, is strongly committed to protecting this information.
Internally, the measures taken on a material level (facilities, production, organization), immaterial level (Information Systems), and human level (confidentiality agreements, training, monitoring) ensure a high standard of safety, reliability, and security.
As early as 2018, a compliance action plan was implemented by an internal project manager.
In 2022, a Data Protection Officer (DPO) was appointed and registered with the CNIL on November 23, 2022. An external firm provided a Certified DPO to continue the compliance process.
